Task Force Tips MASTER FOAM Nozzle

Task Force Tips MASTER FOAM Nozzle

Shown above 2.5”F-500 GPM @ 100 PSI W/10’ HOSE

Features
The Task Force Tips’ MASTER FOAM nozzle is a simple and rugged self-educting foam nozzle with superior stream quality and reach. This fixed gallonage fog nozzle rated at 100 psi (7 bar) is available with your choice of 250, 350, 500 or 750 gpm (950, 1300, 2000, 3000 l/min). Fog angle is user adjustable between 90  wide fog and straight stream. The nozzle’s baffle is easily removed for flushing debris. The standard swivel coupling is 2.5” NH, NPSH, or BSP (65mm) female threads. The simple flow geometry (patent pending) can educt foam concentrate at .5%, 1%, 3%, or 6% with no small passages to clog. Percentage is easily set with an interchangeable orifice plate. A set of calibrated foam orifice plates is included.
Nozzle comes with an industrial grade UV resistant, 10 feet long, 1.5” diameter (2.4m x 38mm) concentrate hose with a cam lock fitting for quick and secure attachment to the nozzle. The simple and basic design requires no grease or other maintenance. The halo ring/stream shaper is made from non-corroding high temperature polymer. The rubber bumper is UV resistant. The MASTER FOAM selfeducting nozzle is available in hardcoat anodized ANSI A356.0.T6 aluminum. All MASTER FOAM nozzles accept the FJ-LX-M FOAMJET low expansion air-aspirating attachment.

Elkhart Brass Hydro-Foam Nozzle

Elkhart Brass Hydro-Foam Nozzle

The Hydro-Foam nozzle is one of the most efficient and effective tools for AFFF firefighting available today. The nozzle’s unique design, with built-in educator, allows it to be attached to any existing fixed monitor, portable monitor, or deck gun. The nozzle can also be used with plain water for cooling exposures or for fire attack. When the need arises for high application rates of AFFF, simply inserting the pick-up hose into your foam supply produces an instant AFFF foam system. In many cases, knock-down of large fires can be achieved while hand lines are being pulled for final extinguishment. The proportioning rate of these nozzles can be changed easily in the shop or fire station.
