How the Managed Apparel Program Works:

Your company is investing in your safety as an employee by providing Flame Resistant workwear and PPE. It is your responsibility to care for both as instructed and to wear your PPE as designed.

The ordering system is simple:

You will receive a login and password from South Coast Fire and Safety (SCF&S) to access your managed uniform e-commerce store.

The managed uniform program is designed to allow daily wearers of FRC with expanded options and an easy way to manage annual FRC requirements. Here is helpful information to frequently asked questions.

Returns and Exchanges

South Coast Fire & Safety gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn garments within 60 days. Login to your account and click Managed Apparel Program Documents, open the Return Authorization Form and follow the direction within it.

Budget Adjustment Process

If you need additional uniforms outside of your annual budget, please fill out the FRC Budget Adjustment Request form located in the "Managed Apparel Program Documents section" or at https://shop.scfire.com/documents.php, have your supervisor approve it, and email it to info@scfire.com. We will adjust your budgets as directed and notify you when you can login and order your additional uniforms.

Additional Uniforms

You are welcome to order additional uniforms with your personal credit card at the low corporate pricing if you desire additional FRC’s above the budget allocated to you each year. Please contact us directly at info@scfire.com.
